2020 was a challenging years for many people, but even in that challenge there was a spark of hope and a light shining brightly. Orlando was that hope and light. The number of people who were positively affected by Orlando cannot be counted and his gratitude for life cannot be measured. Orlando's presence will always be near when we think of his corky sense of humor, his straight forward personality and his ability to give and assist. May the peace of God comfort the sadness and the pain of lossing such a wonderful person. Rest in Peace My Dear Friend.

I never met Mr. Orlando in person but I felt like I did. My husband Clarence Profit used to work with him at DWD. He would tell me so many funny stories and memories that they shared. He will be missed so much.

The Milwaukee Community will never be the same. He served the community by helping others secure employment, unemployment benefits, career advancement and all services needed for income stability. As his co worker in Job Center of Wisconsin, I witnessed He was patient, kind and extremely passionate about helping anyone in need of financial stability. Rest in peace my friend.
